Intensely curious and compassionate I have been working with groups of people in some capacity since my teenage years. As an eldest child…maybe even earlier!
My group work has meandered through politics and problem solving, strategy, change management, project management, personal development and design. I love the magic that happens when people come together. I particularly enjoy supporting that process. Sometimes for me that involves getting out of the way! But that took a long time to learn.
I am deeply interested in how we show up for each other and ourselves in life and in work. I absolutely believe that we can only make meaningful change together and am here for all the ways that happens.
A natural pollinator I live for weird and new connections and the way seemingly unrelated ideas and concepts of practices have much to teach us.
Work
I have a 20+ year consulting career that has spanned a range of disciplines and domains. I have been a project manager, a stakeholder manager, a change manager, a design leader, a trainer and a coach… plus a strategist and a union industrial officer. Above all I am a collaborator and problem solver.
I have led large teams and worked solo…chances are if you are doing it I have done something like it too…or worked alongside someone doing it. And if I haven’t I can guarantee I will be fascinated by it and eager to learn more.
